Returns and Refunds

At Love Nerd Shop, we are committed to sustainability. As a print-on-demand shop, every item is made specifically for you when ordered. This allows us to minimize waste, reduce overproduction, and be kind to the environment. Because of this, we have a strict returns and exchange policy.

When Returns Are Accepted

We only accept returns if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a significant issue with the print, such as the design being off in a very remarkable way (misaligned, incorrect design, etc.).

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include a clear photo of the damage or defect.

Why We’re Strict with Returns

Since we produce each item only when it’s ordered, we are doing our best to minimize waste and lower our carbon footprint. Accepting returns for reasons other than damage or major misprints would result in unnecessary waste and go against our sustainability mission.

How to Process a Return

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item, we will review it and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
